What is the delivery date?

Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 weeks from the time we receive your order. For delivery in Singapore, it depends on stock availability.
 

Do you provide warranty for your products?

We provide 6 months warranty for our filter products.
 

What happens if the item we purchase is faulty?

Upon verification that the item is faulty, please ship the faulty item to us. Shipment cost will be borne by customer. Upon receiving the faulty item, we will replace the faulty unit with new unit provided the unit is still within warranty.
 

What is the shipping cost?

If you are located in Singapore, delivery is free for total purchase of S$250 or more. For purchase that is less than S$250, customers can either collect the items from our office or pay the delivery charge of $30.

If you are located outside Singapore we will inform you the shipping cost within 3 days of receiving your order.
 

When will the order be processed?

Your order will be processed upon receipt of payment.

 

Can we cancel our order?

You may cancel the order as long as you have not made any payment. If you have made payment, you cannot cancel your order nor will we offer any refund.
